 To provide unbiased and independent views on securities.

 To offer recommendations with full disclosure of financial or other interests, if any.

 To base research recommendations on publicly available information and known

observations.

 To undergo annual compliance audits as mandated under SEBI regulations.

 Client on-boarding in accordance with SEBI-prescribed KYC norms.

 Fair and non-discriminatory dissemination of research reports and recommendations.

 Maintenance of confidentiality until research is made public.

Investor Rights

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

 Investors may first approach the concerned Research Analyst.

 The Research Analyst shall resolve grievances within 30 days.

 If unresolved, complaints may be lodged on SEBI’s SCORES platform.

 Investors may also use SEBI’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform

 Physical complaints (if any) may be addressed to SEBI’s Office of Investor Assistance,

 Deal only with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

 Verify SEBI registration number on SEBI’s website.

 Carefully read disclosures before investing.

 Make payments only through banking channels and retain receipts.

 Ask questions and seek clarifications before acting on recommendations.

 Report Research Analysts offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Don’ts

 Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.

 Do not fall for market rumours or misleading advertisements.

 Do not accept incentives, gifts, or profit-sharing arrangements.

 Do not share trading or demat account credentials.

 Do not allow the Research Analyst to operate your trading accounts.
