Client Consent

Services activate only after you explicitly agree to these terms.

Advance Fees

Fees may be collected in advance for up to one year as per SEBI regulations.

Refund Policy

Except for non-refundable items like courses, workshops, and one-time payments, if either party terminates the service early, a proportionate refund for the unused period will be provided without penalties.

No Guaranteed Returns

We do not guarantee any assured profits or returns. Investments carry inherent risks, including loss of capital.

Conflict of Interest

We maintain an arm’s-length relationship between research and other business activities to avoid conflicts.

Risk Disclosure

Market risks exist and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Grievance Redressal

You may contact us through care@yourstock.in for complaints. If unresolved, you can escalate to SEBI via the SCORES portal (www.scores.sebi.gov.in) or the Smart ODR portal (https://smartodr.in).

KYC and Record-Keeping

Completion of SEBI-mandated KYC is required before accessing paid services.

Records are retained for a minimum of five years as per SEBI guidelines.

Use of Research Reports

Research reports are for your personal use only and cannot be redistributed or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from your investment decisions based on our research.
