YourStock Research – Refund Policy

YourStock Research is committed to providing high-quality, unbiased research services in compliance

with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. We do not guarantee any assured returns or

profits, and investments are subject to market risks.

Research Subscription Services

Subscription fees may be collected in advance as permitted under SEBI regulations.

If the subscription service is terminated early by either the client or YourStock Research, a

proportionate refund for the unused period shall be processed without any penalties, in accordance

with SEBI guidelines.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees paid towards educational courses, workshops, training programs, one-time reports, or digital

content are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing by notifying us before the

renewal date.

No refunds shall be applicable for the already consumed subscription period.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally as per the subscribed plan. Any service-related issues may be

reported to our support team for resolution.
