All subscription fees and payments for our research services and educational courses are non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed. Refunds are not available for renewals, partial usage, promotional or discounted subscriptions unless explicitly specified, or for educational course materials, one-time payments, and workshops once accessed or paid.

If either party terminates the subscription service early—except for non-refundable items—a proportionate refund for the unused period will be provided without any penalties.

We deliver all services digitally and promptly according to the subscription plan. If you experience any issues with service delivery, please contact our support team for assistance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing by notifying us before the next renewal date. Please note that no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
