Eligibility

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content without written permission

from YourStock Research.

Services include manual trading ideas and recommendations, algorithmic trading strategies,

educational courses, and curated basket portfolios, subject to the pricing and terms outlined on our

website.

Service Terms

We provide services digitally and promptly according to your subscription plan. Contact support if

you face any issues.

All services are provided strictly in the capacity of a SEBI-registered Research Analyst and do not

constitute personalized investment advisory services.

All fees are disclosed upfront. Payments must be made through approved methods such as online

bank transfers, cheques, or UPI by Valid UPI Handles. Cash payments are not accepted and no

charges are applied without client agreement.

Fees once paid are non-refundable except where mandated by SEBI or applicable law

Modification

YourStock Research reserves the right to Any material modification impacting paid subscribers shall

be communicated appropriately and shall not adversely affect existing subscriptions without due

notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

Cancellation

Fees paid for the on-going subscription period are non-refundable. Clients may cancel their

subscription to prevent future renewals by providing prior notice before the renewal date. No

guarantees of returns or profits are provided under any service.Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in

Chennai, where the nearest SEBI office is located (SEBI Southern Regional Office, 7th Floor, D Monte

Building, No. 32, D Monte Colony, TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai – 600018).
